About

Hi!  We’re Mac and Della. We are so happy to have you join us on our life’s adventure.

We hope we can inspire you to find your passion and live life to the fullest . . . at any age!

Everything is possible when you open your heart and your mind to all the possibilities.

And, you can even manifest your own destiny. We know. We did it!

We both grew up in the 60s listening to the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Cat Stevens and Neil Young.

Joni Mitchel lamented how the establishment “paved paradise and put up a parking lot.”

Barry McGuire questioned if any of us understood “We’re on the eve of destruction.”

And in the middle of free love, the Beach Boys warned “Don’t go near the water.”

We saw the first Earth Day, wore Earth shoes, and almost made it to Woodstock!

Over the next 50 years, we followed our own paths . . . practicing meditation, yoga, Qigong and healthy eating. We became vegetarians, then plant-based, and hopped on the juicing wagon.

We both knew we had a mission in life and we both knew that something was missing in life.

Then one day, over a cup of coffee, with a little help from a dating site, everything changed.

I tell Mac,  that I fell in love with him when he knew what a masticating juicer was and he juiced! That was right after coffee.

Mac says he fell in love before the coffee.

What really made me fall in love with Mac is that he said he is the happiest person in the world . . . and he is! He makes me laugh every day!

Our friends ask us about what we eat and what we do to stay so active and healthy.

And, together we found that is our passion . . . to help people smile, be healthy, and find purpose and meaning for today and tomorrow.

The 7 Doors represents our passions for life and living.

Please join us on this amazing journey! We’ll have fun, learn a lot, laugh a lot and create a better future for ourselves, our planet, and future generations.

Our doors are always open. If you have any thoughts, comments, or questions, please contact us and let us know!

Love and hugs,

Mac an Della
