The tiny muscles that move our eyes back and forth and up and down can be strengthened by exercise. Practice these exercises two to three times a week to strengthen your eye muscles.
I also practice these movements for a quick boost when my eyes feel tired from reading or from the computer.
Sit up straight and tall when practicing your eye exercises.

Long Distance
Look off into the distance and select a point.
Focus on that point and try to see it as best you can.
Slowly move your eyes along an imaginary line, focusing on points moving toward you.
Keep focusing as you move to objects closer and closer.
Bring your focus to objects right in front of you, like your hands, your arms, and finally right to the end of your nose.
